Their project website was updated to say that rezoning was approved. Also found the approval posted on the CoE website. Do you know what plans Beljan has for the building? There are no details at all since the last design was scrapped. I heard rumours of a sports arena, but that doesn’t fit...

Could be toast as there's nothing I could find about it or Beljan. I drive by this every day hoping to see the "rezoning" signage changed. Two weeks ago, the front doors were open and several vehicles were parked outside. My guess is that prospective buyers were looking at the property.
