That’s right I don’t think the Pickering Casino Resort has any further projects but in terms of Durham Live, Launch Pad golf and mixed-use residential, hotel, offices, and retail should be coming in the near future.

Construction has started.

Was told by sales Rep at Centre Court that construction will start more towards the end of September (in three weeks to exact).

Occupancy is expected in 2028

I reached out to the developers but haven’t gotten a response back. Will reach out to the town to see if there’s any updates.
