The sidewalk on the north side is now blocked off...

East building sidewalks are all closed now and the fencing has been extended out to the street...

Aaaand the washrooms are already busted... But we'll have another gathering place soon enough... once they realize that a moat is a terrible idea 🙃

New sidewalk is in across the street from Cherry House on the north side.

I just noticed that more workers are now on site and the south east corner of the slip was completely dug up to the water line... And they are still digging behind the newly poured dock wall...

Soil is being relocated and at least one person is on site right now, since the gate is wide up and a dump truck is waiting.

The boards are down on all sides except the south at the Coxwell Project Site. Just some fencing up now. Facing South on the east side of the Don Valley

They are moving pretty swiftly with the teardown and digging. Taken today...

Their intent for the retail space is pretty clear now...
