Chestnut Street is completely fenced off around the property now, in addition to Edward. Looks like they put wooden stakes on the west side of the west property. Looks like there is a gas line there... And the notice board for the construction crew has been placed on site but nothing...- GameOnBrad

I can partly answer that since when I took those pictures there was wind and those hanging lamps were rocking and bouncing a little bit. I can only imagine high winds.- GameOnBrad
