Don’t mind some of the changes but underside of balcony slabs aren’t going to glow like that all the way up the building. True up the rendering would ya. Sides are going to be pretty flat and bland compared to before. Not sure what that weird bulge is at the top.

Completely against AI in architecture but at least the hallucinations would add some variety.

Thanks for the correction. I was counting on the wrong plan where the top rows are lost in view by the overhanging upper levels.

It looks like 14 rows if I count correctly. The current Saddledome sides have 24 on one side and 21 on the other. The press level ranges from about 13 to 20 rows in the middle. For posterity, current lower bowl is 13 rows. New lower bowl looks like 22 plus 3 in the boxes.

The washrooms are positioned closer to the seats so you don't have as far to go, nor have to cross concourse traffic, thus being able to go during the play without missing as much. Unlike the opposite scenario of the Saddledome everyone hated. The grab and gos right below the seats are going to...

I hate those red brick columns that don't visually support anything nor read as anything but an untied together element that is proportionally so low relative to the other material that it doesn't read as "the building".

I like a transparent bank. Makes it easy to know where the vault is.
