I have noticed these QR code readers are being installed on fare gates across the system (particularly subway stations with high ridership); they were installed at Museum Station over the past week. Mobile Presto readers, such as those on buses and streetcars, already have built-in QR code...

The property in question is actually 305 Bremner Boulevard, rather than 350...

I actually think it is for Concord Sky just across Yonge Street, because one of the two cranes there has an orange jib, while the crane at 8 Elm has a white jib. Also, the photograph in question was taken from the east side of Yonge Street as well.
