    Yeah, it was Harley and another guy. Other guy added the map and buildings as low as 75 meters. I don't Harley or the other guy removed the proposed/approved buildings.

    Depends if other proposals are built first, but in terms of existing buildings, it looks like to be one meter short of Icon, which is surprising since it has 5 fewer floors.

    Public Washrooms

    And unfortunately we'll lose L'Esplanade in the near future based on the Government's disposal list. Another I would highly recommend is C.D. Howe. They have a washroom at each end of the lower level. Very large, modern and bright. No doors to get into the washroom area. Their hours are better...

    Half the shroud of the west tower has been removed. We should gain a bit more height (maybe a couple few meters) once the cladding is all the way up.

    I imagine land values in Canada are far higher, along with salaries. We potentially have stricter labour laws. Our HSR doesn't benefit all of Canada, but that's an impossible bar to achieve. We have to start somewhere.

    I think he was being facetious, but I get his point. His idea of leasing a retail space is more realistic. Another option for the future is including public washrooms in OCH building; those buildings already have cleaning staff. There are cheaper solutions.

    O-Train East-West Line 1 & Line 3

    The East was the same. Major progress for a while and then a year and a bit where everything seemed complete. There's probably some electrical or signaling systems going in that are not as visible.
