It seems like the constructions and renovations are winding down and coming to an end which seems strange considering the empty movie theatre. Any information as to when they're starting to convert that space into whatever they have planned for it?

Does anyone have any insider hint/ideas as to what is going to happen to where the movie theatre was or what is going to be replacing Target? They should really start work on the movie theatre so that whatever they do have planned can be finished around the same time as Simons and Holts.

These two renders were put up on the malls development website. You can even see an outside facing entrance for Sport Chek and the south side entrance looks great as well.

Hopefully they should have a render video, like the other ones they put up by the end of December. The south corner of the mall has been pretty quite during all these renovations and I'd be really excite to see where they plan on going the revitalization.

Yeah after reading this they should be fine. It really was just those finale things that needed to be done. By the looks of it all the plumbing, drywall and electrical stuff was done. Thanks for the answer!

Mobilicity has signs up that they will be closing July 30th for the renovations. So that whole area will be completely empty by July 31st except the post office. Also the doors to the Burger King were open as I walked by and for a place that's opening in a week it didn't look like anything...

I'm positive that was the intention for the columns. If you look at the render video, all the columns are wood on one side and tile on the other. Maybe it's meant to be "artistic"? I really don't know but we'll just have to see.
