    can't help but be extremely skeptical regarding a supertall in this area...are there really enough tenants to support yet another tall office building? i understand our office vacancy rate is still quite low (in comparison to the rest of canada) but we can't keep building these large towers...

    I walk by this building often as well - the finishes/details on this condo seem quite cheap and poorly done. Its best angle is its east side off of Bathurst... The only thing that'll save this building is some good retail....banks, dentists, dry cleaners and nail salons do not make a community...

    'Rejig' to mean the renders are being delayed as they re-work the tower? Would love to see them net out with a real iconic old-school newspaper tower - like the daily planet or daily bugle ;)
