didn't have my camera handy yesterday - but noticed windows have been installed on the north side of the first residential floor. looks good, but am missing the brick from the renders...assuming that'll come later...

have we determined whether there will be retail in the base of this condo? i'm excited for the additional density in the area - but the design leaves me a bit 'meh'.....

Not sure if this has already been discussed...but what is the working going on at the foot of strachan near fort York/princess gate? Apparently it's part of this project but not certain to what....

this is a very exciting project - the area is a year or two away from really starting to turn a corner....

so is the plan to open the library prior to the completion of the condo? i'm assuming they're not connected....

can't help but be extremely skeptical regarding a supertall in this area...are there really enough tenants to support yet another tall office building? i understand our office vacancy rate is still quite low (in comparison to the rest of canada) but we can't keep building these large towers...

I walk by this building often as well - the finishes/details on this condo seem quite cheap and poorly done. Its best angle is its east side off of Bathurst... The only thing that'll save this building is some good retail....banks, dentists, dry cleaners and nail salons do not make a community...

Been watching this project from my window - looks like it's underway....

Sauron must have really fallen on hard times to be picking up casual labour on condo construction sites...so sad...

This tower gives toronto something it badly lacks - variety....I'm excited to see how the blue plays out as this grows. High marks for trying something different for a change...

'Rejig' to mean the renders are being delayed as they re-work the tower? Would love to see them net out with a real iconic old-school newspaper tower - like the daily planet or daily bugle ;)
