It's a beautiful sunny day and I thought it would be nice to have an update picture from my balcony.

The building is starting to show its' curves from the south.

Would it cost a lot more to make the new seats permanent?

I see something new.

I had to take some items to my store across the street last night (around 9:30) and there were several Roger’s trucks working in the same location.

Are there any details available about the updates for the World Cup?

Makes me sad to hear we will have to wait that long :(

What are the next milestones? Is there a report back to Council scheduled?

My reading of this is that they have approved continuing work on the design. What am I missing?

Even more that appears to be unoccupied on the south side of the building.

I'm curious about these red additions above the wall framing. Anybody know what they are for?

It is a nice sunny day so I figured I'd snag another photo. The majority of the concrete floor has been broken up and is being removed. Another note, most of the equipment that was on-site has now been removed
