How many stories are the townhouses? Why does it feel like they are at the same level as the 5th/6th floor of the condo?

Interim occupancy was estimated for Mar 2026. Does it look like it will be on time or delayed? Usually 6 months delay on occupancy is quite normal for pre-con.

Developer's office says they have all the permits in place, but they are also not providing any updates at the moment. Is it common to pre-sale without building permit?

Any updates on when the actual construction will start? Sales office doesn't even provide an ETA. Not much has changed since September last year.
