Correct. They can do some grading and moving dirt around without a DP or BP and can do some partial excavation with a BP even before the DP is approved. With the neighborhood opposition to the height I would be surprised if they do any partial excavation until the DP is approved.

No it’s not that one, but I’ve also heard that it’s active as well. The one I was referring to is a taller tower. I meant to say it isn’t the one at the Transalta building, but it’s nearby.

This is 100% going ahead soon. All those white pipes you see are covers for ground water monitoring devices. They’re being removed and construction will commence shortly after they’re all taken out. There is also another development on 11th avenue that is moving along. I don’t know the cross...

I don’t know if this is the same site, but there’s a lot chatter about a proposal for some tall residential towers across from the Stampede grounds. Tall as in like 50/60 floor range. I thought it was the Cidex Elbow river spot, this is something different apparently.

That would also be my guess, There hasn’t been any chatter out there for this one.

If things go as planned, the abatement is expected to be done this weekend and Able (blue truck) will be finishing the demo and tearing up the asphalt starting Monday. I don’t know when drilling starts, but I’ve heard the want to start right away.
