Went to the No Frills the other day. It is not big, but does the job. They had some good deals, like for coke and olive oil.

People have moved in already.

Several commercial spaces seem to have been leased to one tenant, and are under renovation.

It seems that the nearby Lowe's is being demolished to build an Asian grocery store.

We drove by the other day. The ground floor ceiling seems very high. It will be nice to have new commercial space there. It may totally transform the area.

Lamb had at least two buildings in Ottawa. Cannot speak to the quality of the buildings, but at least one of them (the Gotham) is highly sought after by renters.

Parking is very tight in the building. Not sure whether the builder rent out parking space or not.

The developer is Toronto-based. They have built some nice condos in Ottawa, and I used to live in one of them. Good layout, exposed brick kind of industrial design.
