Any predictions for Calgary's growth? I'm going with 50K.

Does that 5.3% increase take into account Inflation? Inflation would be most of that 5.3% I think.

100%. Truth told, I don't mind the Flames. I'm not from Calgary and used to root for both teams, but in recent years with McDavid and Drai, etc.. I've become more of an Oiler fan. Most other Oiler fans would like for Calgary to keep winning just enough to be mediocre.

To be fair not all of midtown Manhattan is a ghost town after hours. Times Square is the busiest place in Manhattan and 42nd Ave or 5th street are busy. The streets that are primarily office towers are dead though.

That’s what I’m seeing. I can’t speak to daytime activity, but the downtown core is busier after hours, same for the Beltline. The Beltline is about twice as busy as it was 15 years ago.

Great to see more development along the Edmonton Trail corridor. Was there any other activity like a driller or anything like that?
