Yeah I believe so, the site has been sitting empty for now with (I believe) geothermal drilling and other site servicing finished, but actual construction should start fairly soon.

Some photos from today, both towers undergoing occupancy: And they have changed the signs advertising tower 3 (phase 4c) to simply advertising unsold units in these completed buildings... I think 4c is as good as cancelled now (or maybe on-hold until market recovery or a switch to rental)

Tower 3 (phase 4C) has been removed from the Minto website... Possibly cancelled for now until market recovery?

Per a December resubmission, due to town council and staff pushback the development will include 3 commercial units fronting Meadowridge Dr, following the town's Official Plan intention of the area which is as a mixed use neighbourhood centre. This has reduced the total number of units to 58...

It is important to note that the 6 FSI includes space dedicated for roads, dedicated town parks, etc. Though I do agree these densities are still quite low. I think that combined with the TOC the density would be far more appropriate, and it would achieve some nice variability building heights.

The town's plan does allow for developers to go beyond these height thresholds so long as they provide some sort of community benefits (affordable housing, community space, etc.) There is no limit to how high they can shoud they provide community benefits, only the maximum FSI limit applies...

It seems that this one has started construction per this Oakville Transit notice about moving a bus stop adjacent to the development due to construction of a residential development. Conditional permits for below grade works have also been issued. OT Notice...

At the November 17th Planning and Development Council meeting, this development was officially approved by town council at revised heights of 30 and 27 storeys instead of 33 and 27. The density remains the same, however, with units being redistributed to the shorter tower by increasing its floor...
