It seems that this building will have interrupted views all around except maybe above 40th floor (or maybe only if you are in the penthouse :). I'm not sure the heights of the buildings around this.

Finally cranes are in action!!! Hopefully they will catch up with the scheduled timeframe.(although they have a lot of catching up to do)

Though there a lot of condo buildings coming up around here. This area seems to have a potential of huge growth.

Yes, I agree that agent is not needed for pre-const. One question: Is this correct that if someone has registered at the builder's website, they can not then use a vip agent for the initial release of units?
