    I think it is wider and deeper than it looks and so unless we get the proverbial 10k years flood I don’t see it overflowing. Here is a picture showing its full width at the curve.

    That common park is very popular with kids and dog owners. I think lots of folks wouldn’t be happy about losing it even if there is a rooftop replacement (which could be anything and may not be as easily accessible.)

    Today A load of cladding packages waiting to be installed. Cladding on the south side of the 8th floor, lowest ceilings so far.

    Today. Cladding has reached the 7th floor and the pattern becomes more square with the low ceiling storeys.
