Wish Yonge street's side walks were this wide with trees and patios lining it up. The original Toronto urban planners definitely didn't think this through

The east side building is very bland and unimaginative, just a bunch of boxes stacked on top of each other with frosted glass. should not be sitting on one of the most important intersections in our city. Why are we always like this??

Beyond the small efforts that were put into the podium, did the architects of this building put any thought or effort above the podium at all? its definitely the most boring building in the city. It does not belong in Yorkville, or any Toronto suburb for that matter. It looks unimaginative...

It Would have been a nice spot for a rooftop patio/restaurant a top the silo. It would've offered nice views of the airport and our skyline.

    Toronto Toronto | 208 Bloor West | 115.1m | 34s | Resident | BDP Quadrangle

This is gorgeous, It's simple, nothing crazy, just another box, but it's different from anything else in the city, so hope it gets approved as is.

This is hilarious but super sad at the same time. Im laughing with sad tears coming down. I was excited about the golden arches along Yonge street and Cumberland. These are now gone and instead we get a glass wall.

    Toronto Toronto | Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

If I were Pinnacle, I would have thrown money out of my pocket to improve the design and create a Gem in the Toronto skyline, so in the future when people look at and ask who built this, they would know that freaken Pinnacle built this gem. Instead, they only created Carbon with this design, not...

    Toronto Toronto | TeaHouse 501 Yonge Condominiums | 170.98m | 52s | Lanterra | a—A

So there will be trees on street level? Is it done by the city or developers? why aren't there cells built for them?

    Toronto Toronto | 396 Church | 141m | 43s | Podium | Arcadis

I love the podium and the way it meets the street level. I think the tower will look good too

    Toronto Toronto | 80 Bloor Street West | 263.4m | 78s | Krugarand | Arcadis

I don't understand this downgrade. I wana sit down with the people that rejected the previous design and understand their logic.

I saw the first picture and I was like NO WAY, there is a catch. then scrolled down and saw the building behind 😅

    Toronto Toronto | Islington Terrace | 145.08m | 45s | Tridel | Kirkor Architects
