Also not sure if people are aware but the Starbucks that used to be there has closed because the landlord didn’t want to renew the lease
This might be silly idea but just thinking ... was there an opportunity to to put the street car platforms underneath the new south concourse at union? and have a pedestrian runnel to the subway platform?
The Quay Tower 4 project is suppose to extend the west tower similar to how they are doing it for the east tower
