Technically speaking the glass doesn’t need to align as the panes cane always be swapped at a later date without issue. the concern though is all panes have a specific section they are made for. Panel “A1” to section “A1” type concept and the installers are not following said plan or the shop...

So funny fact. The old Project Manager at Streecar Developments is now the Director of Residential for Broccolini in Toronto. Take a look at Riverside Square and take a look at the re-design of this. This has multiple characteristics of RSQ in the design, with the fact the roof design and slope...

Where do you get this assumption? Bad experience yourself? Bold statement to call out one of the 20+ Trades involved in building a condo. Additionally, if you actually worked in the industry(which I can only assume you don't based on your comment) then you would know that plumbing (Mechanical)...

Speaking from a CM/Developer perspective - Reaching "At Grade" in the industry means 75% completion. It's the point that most projects are tracked from for substantial completion, as coming out of the ground can be very unpredictable.

This project has nothing to do with Dundas Gardens. Separate projects, separate teams. This has had extensive problems with excavation and foundation re-designs. Additionally, soil conditions and site logistics are proving to be more time consuming. It'll go!

They actually aren't much smaller when it comes to the initial base. Also, they do have ladders for the purpose of maintenance. You just going to float up there with your moon boots on? How do I get a pair?

I lived in 368 when this was originally proposed. Despite the renderings, the side lot is not big enough for anything other then what is proposed as you could not obtain set-backs large enough from the adjacent buildings (368 to the W or 3?? to the E). The lot they're proposing is actually...

You would actually finish less suites by having it climb on the exterior then having a crane climb within the tower. Also with a site so tight, you cant waste space on having a crane base, real estate is so valuable it needs to rise within the tower. Depending on specs for loads, it'll be 4-6...

Streetcar owns the Hyundai Dealership, The Townhouses and now the above - Going for the entire East side of Broadview as well as the South Side of Queen. Townhouses and Dealership are projects to come, Queen St is to be Phase 3 of Riverside Square. Only one property shy of having the entire...

To clarify the above, all Towers are measured to tip of Spire and not Flat Roof. I found your 7 m. ;) Also regarding the Height of FCP issue with nothing being taller - Yes, that is real but it is a BMO rule from when they built the Tower - Nothing within a city block (Note ScotiaBank Tower...

That actually looks like the result of too much steel / terrible mix design / too low of a slump in the concrete (not enough saturation) and poor workmanship (vibration). As shown in the other columns, some slight vibration issues have occurred but you should never see a column stripped with the...

    Toronto Toronto | Bathurst College Centre | ?m | 4s | RioCan | Turner Fleischer

Worked on the building for a couple months.. The building is split in 2 for production purposes. North portion of the site was excavated first working south, meaning production could ramp up on the north, almost treating it as two separate projects. An expansion joint exists between the...

Not weird at all considering GFL bought Anchor Shoring, which would be doing the Shoring and Michael Bros obviously received the Excavation Contract over GFL... Trades do work together you know..... its not one at a time
