I haven't seen this advertised anywhere so I am surprised this is the build moving forward, are there any updated renderings for this project.

It's impossible to get pics because I'm typically driving my kids, but it looked like Concrete water pipes were being lowered into the excavated pit when I drove by today.

Was by the site a week ago, nothing started yet.

Pretty sure I seen patio furniture in some of the balconies, maybe partially occupied, not 100% sure though.
