I dont hate it. Im more interested in seeing how the building interacts at street level and how they will incorporate the public realm into the fabric of the building.

It's curious to see developers identifying this area of downtown as one suitable for a proposal of this scale. There are a couple more nearby and I'm intrigued to see whether this neighbourhood changes in the next 5 years or so.

Its a shame this proposal hasnt found traction. Would definitely improve this corridor.

I really hope this City and developers continue to realize the potential of this area. I understand the hurdles but it could be great.
