At that point, it would make more sense for ALTO to stop at East Harbour to connect with the Ontario Line and GO service. By 2040, that area should be pretty developed.

The existing areas were in great dispair. They're gone now and what's going to happen is going to happen. No need to keep complaining about it. Focus on issues that can be fixed
that's a lot of density for a small area with no public transit happening within the next decade and trafic is already hell... whoever is planning this needs to be fired
The people in charge of this are paid a lot of money and they have no incentive to do anything quickly. Even if they got full financing from the government, they’d find ways to drag it out to secure their salaries
