Always love seeing the skyline from these angles. It's a great look from the NW and such a different vibe than from the south.

Looks to me like it borrows a lot of the design & cladding choices from the Singhmar Centre across the street. Which, while not a marvel, is a nice building all the same even with a lot of blank faces, they at least get nice textured cladding.

I've been wondering how susceptible Edmonton is to something similar happening, but haven't really been able to find anything on it, nor any local media reports talking to Epcor about it. Anyone with more insight as to how at risk we are on this, or if Epcor truly is on top of it moreso than...

Yup. Nothing wrong with 6 stories, it's a matter of the design. Big difference between a typical suburb build and a stuff like Stadium Yards or some of the great smaller stuff you see in other cities. Fingers crossed, I guess...

New signage going up on the tower, someone on Reddit caught them putting it up by helicopter. Pretty neat

No update other than to say when I was driving down Jasper today, looking up 108th this is definitely impactful for a smaller building. Mix in with Lilac, and hopefully Parks Pt 2 & connector, gonna be a night & day difference for the feeling of that street. Good to see
