If it is executed properly it will also be a pretty substantial tourist attraction; I don't know of any project continent-wide that is similar... I loved the 70's sci-fi flick Logan's Run, BTW; this project kinda has the same vibe...

Absolutely fantastic project! As an ex-Torontonian who gets back a few times a year, I can hardly wait until I can explore this little city within a city on foot... Those who own condos here might not like it, but this for sure will become a tourist attraction unto itself...

At the risk of appearing rather daft, what exactly am I looking at here? Is that a permanent outer shell/new fangled insulation? Is that the back alley or King Street? I'm appreciative of any feedback...

This has been quite the past few days for Toronto skyscraper/ urban development geeks (like myself)! As someone who now lives outside the Province, you should all be aware that there are many a large city in NA that would be gobsmacked if they saw a project like this one or MG in their nabe...

Steveve, those last two shots look great and will only look better once the top half continues the effect... I know there's some spandrel on this proiect, but it's gonna look really sharp when done...

Beautiful lines; I've seen both Aqua ( Chicago) and 1 Bloor East in person, and 1 Bloor East wins hands down, IMO...
