If it is executed properly it will also be a pretty substantial tourist attraction; I don't know of any project continent-wide that is similar... I loved the 70's sci-fi flick Logan's Run, BTW; this project kinda has the same vibe...

    Toronto Toronto | CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

That angle looking from the east on a sunny day; project that 'til full height and the end result is going to be bloody fantasic!

    Toronto Toronto | CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

That view has changed a bit over the last 10 years; don't think I'm telling any tales out of school...

Absolutely fantastic project! As an ex-Torontonian who gets back a few times a year, I can hardly wait until I can explore this little city within a city on foot... Those who own condos here might not like it, but this for sure will become a tourist attraction unto itself...

At the risk of appearing rather daft, what exactly am I looking at here? Is that a permanent outer shell/new fangled insulation? Is that the back alley or King Street? I'm appreciative of any feedback...

    Toronto Toronto | 160 Front West | 239.87m | 46s | Cadillac Fairview | AS + GG

This has been quite the past few days for Toronto skyscraper/ urban development geeks (like myself)! As someone who now lives outside the Province, you should all be aware that there are many a large city in NA that would be gobsmacked if they saw a project like this one or MG in their nabe...

This building reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry dates the girl with two faces...

    Toronto Toronto | YC Condos -- Yonge at College | 198.42m | 62s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

Steveve, those last two shots look great and will only look better once the top half continues the effect... I know there's some spandrel on this proiect, but it's gonna look really sharp when done...

    Yonge-Dundas Square/Sankofa Square (Brown + Storey Architects)

    Has it been fully re-assembled?

    Toronto Toronto | Ten York Street Condos | 224.02m | 65s | Tridel | Wallman Architects

This really turned out well... I think it goes toe to toe with the Ice towers for top new build in the 'nabe...

I have to agree... The two-tones of balcony glass will change this project's street appeal big time, and what little spandrel viewable from street level will be mostly hid or overshadowed by the aforementioned balcony glass and future neighborhood developments (ie: south side)... This isn't a...

    Toronto Toronto | The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

Great info-graphic, but I'm hoping Mirvish /Gehry is also a part of the mix come future skyline circa 2022...

    Toronto Toronto | One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Beautiful lines; I've seen both Aqua ( Chicago) and 1 Bloor East in person, and 1 Bloor East wins hands down, IMO...

Really looking forward to seeing the cladding on this one; hopefully by year's end?
