Check out that letter from the CA, dare I say HSCA is getting with the times? Wanting less parking, more practical bike storage, and also lamenting the design since it will be pretty prominent in the community. Not a knee jerk "we don't like it".

It's part of what makes the proposed plaza for the development of the Osteria site at the corner or 10th and Kensington road laughable. Yes, it will be awesome to have more space there to navigate the corner. But as a place to sit and chill? Noisy, smelly, unpleasant as all get out. I'll pass.

Another swing and a miss by CMLC, all that rink did was destroy what was left of the X-Country trails and also promptly flooded the pathways.

To be fair Wong did vote in favour of the land use change. I was listening and he voted against the amendment that requires the developer to put the plaza in, based on feedback he has heard from the community that a plaza there really isn't that great. Kind of hard to argue that, do you want to...
