    Yes, the 36 storey residential tower on the NorthWest portion of this site will begin shortly. It will have its own brand new 3 storey parkade that connects to the existing 2 storey parkade. I will make an educated guess that excavation will begin in January.

    There are some doubts about this project in this thread but the partial building permit is now released. Hopefully soon we will see a big hole in the ground for the 4 levels of underground parkade. Future 31 storeys of residential with the main floor mostly reserved for commercial retail units.
