I went to the UD construction town hall this week, and the UCPG rep said that this project is aiming for occupancy by the end of summer. That would be essentially two years from applying for the DP to completion; Truman is firing on all cylinders!

Someone with a zoom lens could confirm, but I walked by today and it looks like the "mural" in the renders is actually some sort of tiles on the facade. Reference from the render:

Small update on the Dinosaur Stadium website, they are pushing for enough financial commitments to get the project green-lighted by the end of March.

I'm surprised there haven't been any official announcements about the businesses moving in here yet, since the building is going to open up this spring. I heard a rumor that Block Hospitality is looking at a restaurant there.
