We got an email that we were missing a document (marriage certificate- had a name change during the course of purchase until now) which we sent to them with everything else. So I’m not sure exactly what they are doing..killing time? Very frustrating.

Where do you see this from the documents listed A-F?

They did not invite anyone for questions at the end. We also just received an email of court approval for deposit return.

I would love an insider to read this and realize this is only causing more financial stress and pain on families who literally need a home or their hard earned deposit back to move on in life..the longer it goes the less buyers will stay. Safe to say myself and my friends and family who know...

A lot of us paid 15% so I’m not sure what you’re talking about..5% down each payment 3 times in total
