Any restaurant going into the old Brown’s space should take the old good earth space as well as it would give them access to a patio. This is something Browns never had and I think they suffered for it.

I just hope they don’t change the façade like they did with the Centennial building which in my opinion they ruined when it was converted from Office to residential. I know the windows are narrow in these old 60s buildings but what they did to the Centennial Park building was terrible.

Although not a tall concrete tower my previous condo was the Lord Simcoe on 115th St. and 102 Avenue and it was bought by Leston and is now back to rentals now known as Qute.

Their current offices are located in an old three story walk up on 117th St. between Jasper Avenue and 100th Ave. and will be moving to this new location once the building is ready. Leston bought my condo so I had to go to their existing office several times.

Hello. I can tell you that because Leston bought my condo building to convert to rentals I am looking for a new condo. I have put offers on three places and have been outbid each time with offers going over asking and according to my real estate agent the condo market is quite healthy right now.
