If it goes up in a similar speed to Dream Lebreton, I'll be more than happy, but I don't like how it's stumbling along. Also because the faster we see the arena, the more likely we see 900 Albert. I really want to see both by the end of the decade. Hopefully.

Drove by it yesterday, they look so great. It's breathtaking to see how impactful they are but the build overall is just chef's kiss. I love these towers! They really remind me when I got to visit the red tower in The Hague.

This proposal had me super excited, only to rip it away. The bait and switch on this one has been the worst by far. I am really annoyed with this one. Like this makes me so angry lol. I was still optimistic when they did their slight downgrade, but dropping the two tall towers for the 3 tower...

I keep forgetting how tall this really is lol. It's still 36 floors at almost 120m. Man, we are really getting blessed with some developments here. With all the other nonsense going on in our city (Sutcliffe, public transpo, etc), at the very least, our proposals and developments are coming in...

I like the aesthetic of it. It's nice for what it is. I do hope that Gatineau opens up to the larger, taller developments closer to this area but for now, this'll do.

Honestly, the Brigil development and the Fengate one are my most anticipated in this area. This one is good enough to add for TOD goals, so just build it fast, slap it together, and move resources to another tower lol.
