A larger sized grocery store comparable to the Loblaws on Rideau at the Arnon site is exactly whats needed. Doesnt need to be a superstore but something with a good selection of cleaners and paper products etc.

Balconies look amazing. The southern portion of the podium looks a bit peculiar. Like its the face of a school or some civic type of building. I don't dislike it. Just saying it stands out.

Nice. Balconies are really coming along. The shimmering silver and black look great together. I can't think of a single thing I dislike or am meh on so far.

I'm inclined to agree. The white up top looks clean and slick but with the black underneath its a bit to sterile and hyper modern.

Well, that is a kind of depressing article. I wasn't aware of a pedestrian bridge planned at Laurel st. If the city balks at extra height and loses the entire development and pedestrian bridge I dunno what to say. Complete waste of everyones time?
