Sorry to digress, but as there was some interest in Torre Rise, here's a couple of pics I took of the 'rising' tower today (I'm in Monterrey). When completed, it's going to be the tallest tower in Latin America, 2nd tallest in North America (presumably after 1WTC) and 13th tallest in the world...- Rascacielo
