The price per square foot on the towns were at low as $700 which is lower than the condos in the same development and lower than the two condos in the area that are being built (scoop, etc.). I'm curious to see how that plays out. $700 just seemed so low but I'm coming from downtown where new...

Prices typically increase in phases during pre-con sales. I know they started selling in approximately May. So I'd just like to know how much more I paid for a townhouse compared to buyers in May.

Does anyone have access to the original price list for townhouses? I recently just put a deposit down on a TH and want to see how much extra I paid from launch. Thanks!
