What I do know is the original design did not include bike lanes even with the road narrowing, only after input from council was it implemented. Obviously it shows that it was not planned from the get go. What I find frustrating is how the bike lane drops down to the road at every intersection...

Checked it out for myself today, interesting to see all the future proofing built in here with blanked out corridors to the south lot, whenever that happens.
