    No, Sarnia does not need a university. Lambton College has so much trouble attracting students in the area that they’re one of the most dependent on international students with Toronto private college partnerships. Anyway, Chatham is more aligned with Windsor and London than it is with Sarnia.

    I took that Route 21 between Milton and Oakville a few times. The transfer to the Highway 407 bus services at Trafalgar Road Park & Ride was a busy stop. The new schedule doesn't help with that.

    Even by European standards, you’ll probably have a train every hour between Toronto and Kitchener. It would probably make fewer stops and be a shorter ride, but it’s not as if this is a local transit service.

    It’s already a better route than the old Bolton Bus Caledon ran (contracted to Voyago), as it’s not a loop, and it will offer free transfers on a BT fare, which Caledon did not. Brampton too can only operate what Caledon tells them to, as it’s a contract route.
