The construction has taken on the momentum now, so glad to see new floors being added almost on a weekly basis. Any guesses on when the building will be completed?

Does anyone know the sequence of which building will completed first? There are 3 buildings - City Suites (Floor 2-14), Park & Sky Suites (Floor 2- 49) and Lake Suites (Floor 2-39)?

Also, Pinnacle has posted Lakeside on the Pinnacle webpage with the construction progress line. An someone still doubts that the construction has no started.? https://www.pinnacleinternational.ca/communities/PinnacleLakeside

I talked to the City Engineer regarding this. He explained that the above box stating Conitional Permit is a formality. It's a part of the process, as Pinnacle has to meet certain conditions as they go along. There's no question this is going ahead in earnest. Of course this construction.

Excavation and foundation work are of course are part of the construction, necessary for the next step, which is the Structural Framing. Pinnacle told me in an email in December that they are starting construction. The City official told me that they have given conditional approval as well, So...
