I think this involves the house being moved on the lot from its current position to the SE corner. An intriguing/cool project.

Moda is doing fine work but this will be a big step for them and they are ultimately working for the developer

That lot is also being redeveloped (different project).

The lengthy consultation seems like a Faustian affair. Reading the documents earlier today it appeared that no substantial changes were made in response to input from generally pro-development respondents. Begging the question: what's the point? Project could be cool but its present execution...
