Another office to residential conversion in the Beltline on 11th ave. I seem to run across a new office conversion every couple of weeks. We’re prob running close to all time boom peaks for u/c residential units in the city centre with the amount of conversions plus new construction and more...

First time over here this past weekend. Nice new area but University District is definitely more vibrant. Maybe this area will be more impressive in a few years. Lots of new retail potentiallly to be added around Truman’s new head office and adjacent buildings.

Nice, I figured they may be close when I saw the contractor signage last week. Not a great design but this area of the beltline really needs more development. Edit: just added some pics from today - site prep started. Also fyi mods - noticing some weird error messages when trying to upload...
