What's a likely end outcome here ? Someone purchases it on the cheap, maybe converts the office to a hotel and tries to lease the retail ?

Unless they're rentals it really wouldn't make sense market timing wise.

I agree but honestly this matters a lot less in-person / on foot than it does for pictures from a far.
