It looks like the permit for the Canadian Tire at 3003 Danforth are moving. This would be the new / temporary home for the Canadian tire that presently exists at this site, 2681 Danforth. I heard the hold up was with the garage but haven’t looked beyond this.

I wasn't aware that the community recreation centre was proposed to move to the other side of the tracks. If so, that's criminal. The area on the south side of the tracks is well served and certainly in a different economic class than on the north side. If anything priority should be given to...

The revised application is now submitted for this site. On quick glance, I didn't see any retail, but a much better looking proposal in my opinion than what was previously proposed.
