Weird to see the same Geoff Kettel (Super NIMBY) show up in this article...he's literally responsible for 100's of less housing units over the last decade in midtown Toronto.

Substantially nicer than the crackhouse that existed here for decades.

I heard demo started on this high rise. Can anyone confirm or deny? Would be amazing to see a rental this size getting started in today's economic climate.

Does this feel architecturally underwhelming to anyone else? Tough to construct something special on this parcel I guess.

I'm having a hard time complaining about the masonry efforts on this one. Also like the curtain wall cut in the middle. The length of this project is pretty exceptional.

Great to get more density in this node. Nicer designed new midrise buildings to the east should help make up for some of the architectural miss here.
