Weird to see the same Geoff Kettel (Super NIMBY) show up in this article...he's literally responsible for 100's of less housing units over the last decade in midtown Toronto.

Substantially nicer than the crackhouse that existed here for decades.

I heard demo started on this high rise. Can anyone confirm or deny? Would be amazing to see a rental this size getting started in today's economic climate.

Yummy...Gus Tacos. This building leaves much to be desired from a design and aesthetic standpoint. Curious to see how it rents up vs TAS project around the corner.

Does this feel architecturally underwhelming to anyone else? Tough to construct something special on this parcel I guess.
