Funny enough I think Jeddah tower just passed this, interested to see if they’ll actually get it to 1 km high after a decade of stalls and bankruptcy.

As am I, this would be one of about 5 large developments started last year and expected to be finished sometime this year I believe. Skyline will look so different at the end of 2026 even compared to only 5 years ago.

the only issue at the moment is most roads in Barrie are closed or have a lot of stuck cars because the 10 foot snow banks start to cave in and there’s no where for all the excess snow to go in a quick and efficient way.
