Yikes, thanks for sharing. As someone who lives at 223 St. Clair (Zigg), I've been fearing this day for years now. Not only as the new building might potentially reduce my sunlight/block my view, but I'm really not looking forward to the perpetual construction noise for the next few years...

It looks like a construction company has put up metal fences around the proposed design's perimeter this week, I guess they'll be starting with demolition finally?
