Haven't been following this thread, so, a little late with a reply. Being an occasional gambler and having visited Las Vegas during the 80s and 90s, it would've been fantastic if they had incorporated those neon signs of that era. It would've been amazing to see something like the Stardust...

I kinda agree. Right now, as has been already mentioned by a couple of posters, from the south, it looks fat. In addition those two maws and that cut out corner on the south-east look awkward, to me at least. Sometimes less is more! In an effort to make an architectural statement you get...

I think it's just the perspective! The photo seems to have been taken from below so the balcony divider seems higher at the front when in fact it's level and not tilted at all. It's just an optical illusion.

I still think it's just another stubby glass box, viewed from a distance and that toothpick, thingy attachment does nothing to enhance said structure. The podium on the other hand is very nice, so colour me ambivalent on this build.

What I'd like to know is, why I've never seen people using that pool area in all those pictures that Benito has posted. A question for Benito: have you ever seen that BE terrace being used??

Compared to "Dundas Square Gardens", also by Gupta, this is fantastic, also much better then some of the buildings in the heart of Yorkville! I'd give this building a solid 8 out of 10 for quality of exterior!
