Thanks for the update... I haven't heard anything either re: closing. I also wish they would just hurry up and finish bricking the building.

Have there been anymore updates regarding the elevators at 549 King? Last I heard was mid-end Sept.

Last I heard (for VS at the TEC) was October 23rd...no comment on if any Angels will be in attendance.

I haven't see the 'quality issues' in person (although I will shortly, through a friend) but I'm hoping Streetcar can get it's act together. It's great to have an option other than the 'big guys', but they have to deliver if they want to be a player long term.

Looks like a sales centre for Post House Condos is being built in the retail base / podium of Rezen condos (on the Adelaide frontage).

Very interesting, the sales sheet I picked up 3 weeks ago had C4 units starting at $504,900 and D2 units starting at $559,900...

Looks like they are making progress @ 549 King. Windows appear to be in up to the 6th floor, scaffold is up on the west side and they have started to brick...same color as 569 King.
