Is there something actually wrong with Strategic or are we all just hung up on the conversion of a 75 year old building being very slow?

Today they started installing trim over those vertical gaps so at least it won't be toooo bad

To me these read as a lot of the money is related to infrastructure upgrades, and not having that money would put the city in trouble for those critical lifecycle projects

This one was restored and moved to 45th Street

They have barriers and whatnot set up on 9th Ave so I assume they're getting ready to start in the spring

I just wanna say I've been pretty impressed by Nay so far. Their buildings with CTZN are perfectly average looking similar to Truman, but IMO the fit and finish is a step ahead. The Lux looks pretty good and they also finished it very quickly

I think they're adding stuff to the mechanical level there so it's probably getting new cladding and windows

Well, one exception I can think of is the hardie board Truman likes to use on their projects, it always goes in with the boards and trim unpainted and everyone is shocked until they paint it as usual
