Picture from last week. Anyone know how long would it take to complete from here ?

Anybody purchased a townhome ? How was your decor appointment ? Anyone know where the progress is right now ? My parents have "bought" a townhome in one of their other project "Woodbridge Park" so looking to have some insight.

I rather wait an extra year for Flexity Freedom than this. The design looks so uninspiring and ugly overall. Looks almost a bit outdated. I'll be a regular commuter btw.

These are the only "modern/contemporary" town homes that actually look good.

Does any of you actually live in these condos ? I "purchased" a unit from this builder in another development. I would like to know if they cheaped out on the construction or not so I can be aware. Thanks in advance :)

They started utility moving couple of weeks ago. Finch along Kipling and Islington is a hassle to drive along as of now. Since there aren't any underground work for Finch LRT, there shouldn't be any major delays.

Finch West LRT can be expanded South towards Highway 27, to make a stop at Rexdale Boulevard, in between Woodbine Mall($1.6Billion investment coming up) and Woodbine Casino(major entertainment expansion coming here). Then the following stop can connect to UP Express that runs above Highway 27...
