Unpopular opinion but I prefer the warmth of travertine over the stark white faux marble porcelain

Good luck to the developer selling an entry level quality condo without parking for 25% more than what comparable condos in established buildings are going for . From what industry people tell me pre-construction is dead except for small boutique luxury projects such as Craft Residences

Im a bit out of it and mis-read that as “3 elevators”

The cladding looks stunning in person. Similar patina to limestone or travertine

Considering theres no oil canning and crisscrossing semi-gloss mismatched spandrel mullions that were all the rage 10 years ago, this looks pretty good from my vantage. Not that theres anything wrong with criticism of any project but I challenge anyone whos nitpicking this project or projects...

I hope it's not covered in dreary greyish blue metal. I'd even take the warmth of the current brown pebbleboard over that.

I understand design preference is subjective but It's very utilitarian looking for Yonge & Bloor imho

"Fine" shouldnt cut it for this prominent Yorkville location . It should be a luxury development, not glorified dorm rooms

Hopefully not just my wishful thinking

How does it compare to 4 The Kingsway? I believe lower ceiling heights was from North Drive trying to maximize number of units because of high land price, high development charges and an unofficial height restriction, anything taller on this lot would get profound pushback from neighborhood...

Im almost certain it's taller than Scotia Plaza now. Probably 280m
