Considering theres no oil canning and crisscrossing semi-gloss mismatched spandrel mullions that were all the rage 10 years ago, this looks pretty good from my vantage. Not that theres anything wrong with criticism of any project but I challenge anyone whos nitpicking this project or projects...

I hope it's not covered in dreary greyish blue metal. I'd even take the warmth of the current brown pebbleboard over that.

How does it compare to 4 The Kingsway? I believe lower ceiling heights was from North Drive trying to maximize number of units because of high land price, high development charges and an unofficial height restriction, anything taller on this lot would get profound pushback from neighborhood...
