the bronze and the subtleties of the curved stepbacks is very handsome!

Considering theres no oil canning and crisscrossing semi-gloss mismatched spandrel mullions that were all the rage 10 years ago, this looks pretty good from my vantage. Not that theres anything wrong with criticism of any project but I challenge anyone whos nitpicking this project or projects...

I hope it's not covered in dreary greyish blue metal. I'd even take the warmth of the current brown pebbleboard over that.

I understand design preference is subjective but It's very utilitarian looking for Yonge & Bloor imho

"Fine" shouldnt cut it for this prominent Yorkville location . It should be a luxury development, not glorified dorm rooms

How does it compare to 4 The Kingsway? I believe lower ceiling heights was from North Drive trying to maximize number of units because of high land price, high development charges and an unofficial height restriction, anything taller on this lot would get profound pushback from neighborhood...

Im almost certain it's taller than Scotia Plaza now. Probably 280m

Fingers crossed it materializes like the render. Perfect for the area.

Shame about the window-wall mullions of the tower but the brick pattern of the podium looks great in person.

Unfortunately Concord's Toronto units are generally much lower end than Concord Pacific units.

Tepid garbage. Only 2 floors of brick? Is this 2016?

How is it one of their flagship projects? The unit finishes are entry level compared to Kings Landing.
