Final renderings were released December 2, 2016 illustrating final plans for a dual brand hotel complex to be built on one lobby and parking garage pedestal. Few details were released. From the Tennessean. The Embassy Suites will rise at least 25 stories and have 432 rooms while the Curio will have 260 rooms (height not clear-appears to be 20 +/-).
The complex will be built directly across from the Music City Center (USA's 15th largest Convention Center) and diagonal from the rising, 34 story, JW Marriott. Nashville's hotel prices were recently reported to be the highest in the USA and Nashville places in the top five USA cities with number of hotel projects in the pipeline.
