On one hand I think there shouldn't be any worry that the Yonge and Eglinton area can absorb this, on the other, I agree I am underwhelmed. I guess it is a function of the way condo retail/commercial spaces are built.

I still think this site would have served the community better had it maintained a 1 to 1 office replacement. This building got a lot wrong.

I would not be surprised if any of Fit4Less, Planet Fitness, or LA Fitness were to open a location in Midtown Toronto.

I hope that Menkes and Giannone Petricone stay away from my neighbourhood forever after dropping this horrendous and highly visible building on us.

Giannone Petricone along with Lash Group just dropped Distinction on your neighbourhood though too, so that should absolve GP.
